Interview with Darrin Williams, Vice President of Real Estate Services for Unico.

We are excited to introduce the 61 student scholars who have been awarded a RTC Foundation scholarship for fall quarter.

When Ralph Fortunato, Business Director for the Kent School District and Renton Technical College alumnus, talks about being a “non-traditional student,” he enjoys telling the story of when he overheard his fellow accounting students talking in the RTC cafeteria.

Mark you calendars and watch for updates as we celebrate 75 years of student success and innovation.

The RTC Foundation awarded Spring Quarter Scholarships to 39 students. And they want you to know how much your support means to them.

The Foundation is excited to announce that our fall scholarship application opens next week on June 6, 2016. Any currently enrolled RTC student with a GPA of 2.5 qualifies for at least one Foundation scholarship. If you know a student who needs help paying for school, please encourage them to apply at: rtc.edu/scholarships

When you ask Jinny Wesson about Renton Technical College she immediately smiles and begins with a rich history that includes horseback riding and key punch classes. “I’ve seen lots of changes at RTC and in the community,” says Jinny, “And it’s a great place to work.”

“Inspiring, exceptional students,” and “pride in our community” where just some of the words shared by those who attended the 2016 RTC Foundation’s Student Success breakfast March 24th.
