Who we are

The mission of the RTC Foundation (RTCF) is to support career training, educational advancement, and program success at Renton Technical College. Founded in 1994, the RTCF is a 501(c)(3) public charity, classified under IRC sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1). The Foundation is part of the Office of the President and is governed by a separate volunteer Board of Directors.

What we do

The RTC Foundation provides financial support to students through scholarships and emergency grants,and develops resources for the College's award-winning programs and faculty. We work to build business and industry partnerships, and to raise awareness of the vital role RTC plays in our regional economy. By expanding the Foundation's fundraising capacity, we serve the College's overarching vision to improve lives through career advancement and lifelong learning.
